Matt vs. Nintendo DS Lite
Well I have gone all out and decided to splurge on not only the Nintendo Wii next week, but the Nintento DS as well.I found an eBay auction I liked with a good selection of games included (this is the actual ebay picture) .
Hopefully it will arrive before the end of the week, and I can take it with me to Toronto this weekend.
How do these friend codes work?

YAY! Nice selection of games there. I think you'll really enjoy the new super mario bros. Seriosuly wicked game. And MarioKart is an instant classic..
So friend codes:
I think the only game there with Nintendo WFC support is MarioKart (the others will have local wifi for sure, but not WWW wifi). Once you enter your wireless config settings into the DS, it uses those settings for all games. And then you can log into the Nintendo WFC. It will assign you a friend code. Once you have it, you can spread it around to all of us, and I can give you mine.
Then you can select to race online against either random ppl, or just friends. And if I'm on, they we play eachother. If you select random people, then well, you get random people.

Waiting for the UPS tracking number now.
Poker could be cool for local wifi.
I never caught the texas hold'em craze.
Seems like it would be more fun with actual cards.
I won't turn it down, but probably won't play it often either. We will see.
Congrats on the new purchase! From what I've seen from the DS (from James), you will not be disappointed.
Do you take the bus to work? If not, perhaps you should start. ;-)
I can have drive by DS games, with people along the bus route.

For my bday Ferda got me a new DS game, Mario vs DK: March of the Minis.
Its a cute little puzzle (Friday's new time waster!)
Soon enough, can't help but be anxious to get my hands on it.
I am getting a little paranoid.
This guy put the wrong address and it got shipped back to him. (apparently)
So he tells me he has re-shipped the DS 3 day UPS shipping.
Now this guy is no longer an ebay user...
Good thing I paid paypal, if this guy stiffs me paypal should refund my money.
It's supposed to be here on Thursday or Friday.
I'm sure it will come.
Good thing this guy is easy to track online.
He has a myspace page, and a blog (only used in april this year)
But it gives me a good indication that this guy isn't trying to stiff me and run.
Or if he is, he will be really easy to find.
I found out where he works this morning.

He says he works in futureshop, it's like the first line in his blog.
Yay, he is just lazy and a liar, not a cheat and a theif.
He shipped it out yesterday (because I called him and left a message to get his ass moving), then gave me a lame excuse that it was UPS's fault.
This is supposed to be part of the second time he shipped it (a week ago), strange that the tracking number shows that the tracking started yesterday. I think this guy needs to work on his lies a little more. Also strange that he just got given the tracking number.
I have a feeling that the UPS workers in BC are not as incompetent as this guy would lead me to believe.
Doesn't matter, it's on the way, and I have proof it is on the way.
